We bought our Georgian cottage with the intention of renovating and extending the kitchen space. We wanted to create a larger, lighter, kitchen area so that we could incorporate the courtyard garden as an extension of our indoor space – and we’ve certainly achieved that with our beautiful Morriss & Shaw orangery.

Initially, we gathered quotes and images from several companies (typically the more well known ones) but felt that the products did not fit the bespoke finish we were looking for.

When I contacted Chris at Morriss & Shaw, he gave us expert advice on what would work architecturally and aesthetically, whilst still achieving our key requirements. We also paid a visit to his workshop and when we saw the quality of windows and fixtures being made, we knew that he could deliver on our vision.

Throughout the construction Chris and his team were professional and accommodating. The level of care and attention to detail was very impressive. We absolutely love our new orangery and it has transformed the way we live in our extended kitchen area.  We just wanted to say thank you for completing the work on our Foster and Pearson, conservatory.
